Kool-Vue designs are always built to closely match the original performance.

Kool-Vue manufacturing partners are committed to providing some of the highest engineering standards. Our process starts with extensive third part supplier examination. Every component has to be reviewed and inspected before assembly begins. Assembly lines are designed for maximum efficiency as well as intermediate testing points to ensure the mirrors proper outcome. Finally, all products are fit tested, powered up and rotated and all accessories such as turn signals and heat are functional. Proper processes and controls guarantee that Kool-Vue delivers on its commitment of quality.

In 2001, Kool-Vue mirrors partnered with a retired navy nuclear submarine engineer to develop a standard that would map the vibration signature at various frequencies of an oem product. These signatures were used to develop a standard that every Kool-Vue mirror must pass. This vibration standard allows Kool-Vue to see changes some manufactures might make, for example: if they change the thickness of the plastic, or change the base metal from zinc to aluminum. Most of the time it is very difficult to see alterations of an aftermarket mirror, but by using the Kool-Vue procedures we can identify the difference so you know you are getting oem quality.
